Thank you for visiting my website!

I am a project coordinator with the amazing team at the charity Scottish Rural Action, working across sectors to amplify the voices and priorities of rural and island Scotland.

I recently completed a MSc with Distinction in Net Zero Communities with the University of the Highlands and Islands. I am applying this towards supporting community-led projects in rural and island Scotland, especially where linked to hyperlocal resilience and youth leadership.

My personal SDG goal is #16, “Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions”. I interpret this as covering multiple sectors, including the media industry and its roles and responsibilities today. In my previous career I worked in live entertainment, commercials, episodic, blockbusters, feature animation and more, and I remain a big fan of long-form and solutions journalism.

Other interests include decentralised renewable energy systems, water security, food history and heritage, and developing rural cultural hubs.
